Because of dismissal times, check-outs must be made prior to 1:45PM (county policy).
The front office will be closed from 1:50PM-2:15PM so that our attention can be focused on dismissal.

Mansfield Student Drop-off/Pick-up Information

Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

1.    We ask parents to use Carmel Church Road and Poplar Street to drop off and pick-               up students.

2.        Drop-off and pick-up are in front of the school.

3.        The parking lot will be closed until 7:40.

4.        Please have students sitting on the school side of the car.

5.        Pull up to the farthest staff member and they will unload/load your child.

6.        Have students ready to exit the vehicle when you reach school personnel. This will          help keep the line moving.

7.        If there is an issue, we will ask you to pull forward to the recall section so that the line    can continue to move.

8.        For safety reasons, we ask you to remain in the line until you exit the parking lot.


Please note the following change to arrival procedures:

To maintain a safe and healthy environment, parents will not be allowed to walk children to classrooms. This includes the morning arrival from 7 AM-7:40 AM.  Students should be dropped off at school using the drop-off procedures. This is different from past years, but it will help us maintain a healthy and secure building. We hope you understand that the school made this decision for safety reasons, and we appreciate your support in advance of this change.
